To export your data from FreshKeeper, follow these steps:

1. Sign in: log into your FreshKeeper account.

2. Open the settings: go to Settings in the app.

3. Open profile settings: choose Profile settings.

4. Start the export: tap the “Export data” button.

5. Confirm the export: confirm the process. Your data will be downloaded immediately as a JSON file.


What the exported JSON contains

The downloaded file includes:

  • Account information
  • Profile picture
  • Activities
  • Groceries
  • Household data
  • Notification preferences

If you cannot access your account

  • Reset your password: use the password reset option on the login screen to regain access.
  • Email request: send an email to info@freshkeeper.de requesting deletion of your account and associated data.
    A direct data export is not possible without signing in.
