To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

1. Sign in: log into your FreshKeeper account.

2. Open the settings: go to the app Settings.

3. Open profile settings: choose Profile settings.

4. Delete account: tap the “Delete account” button.

5. Confirm: a confirmation dialog appears. Confirm the deletion to complete the process.


If you cannot access your account

  • Reset your password: use the password reset option on the login screen to regain access.
  • Email us: send an email to info@freshkeeper.de requesting deletion of your account and all related data.

Data that will be deleted

  • Your user account
  • Your email address and all associated account information

Make sure you download any important data before requesting deletion.
